Saturday 27th September No shows for us this weekend had a week away in caravan at Welwyn Garden City visiting family and friends. However congratulations to Tammy's auntie Trimere Tigra she won her third CC today at Belfast Show & is now a SHOW CHAMPION. Well done to Sarah Corbett who owns and shows her!!
Saturday 20th September Today was Driifield Champ show Holly was 2nd in Puppy Bitch the judge was Johnathon Daltry, the show was held at Wetherby Racecourse West Yorkshire. We have been staying in our caravan overlooking the racecourse. The weather has been beautiful all week.
Sunday 14th September Today we went to Darlington Champ show the day itself was ok but the conditions underfoot wwere horrendous, just thick thick smelly mud.
Holly came 4th in Puppy Bitch the judge was Delorees Dinneen from Ireland.
Sunday 31st August Today I took Holly to Birmingham Champ Show held @ Stoneleigh Park Warwickshire, she came 4th in Puppy Bitch. The judge was a Mr E. Darby, not a breed specialist. For the 1st time she really moved without leaping up and playing around, she loves the shows any chance to meet up with other dogs and play. It was an entry of nine puppies so a big class for puppy bitches, with no class for Minor pups which she still is.
Tuesday August 12th Today we arrived home after a beautiful week in the New Forest with the caravan, the dogs had a marvellous time running in the forest. We had a good time too, went on a five mile bike ride with a load of friends didn't even ache the next day. Did some sightseeing as well.
Whilst at the forest Bournemouth Champ show was on, I showed Holly in Puppy she came 3rd, Tammy had another very good 2nd in PG. The judge was Sue King.
Saturday August 2nd Today we travelled to The National Gundog Show@ Malvern where our judge was Barbara Ganarin (Berkanbar) Holly was 2nd in MPB & 1st in P Tammy came 2nd in PG in the biggest class of the day with 13 present, this is the best placing she has had this year, I was very pleased with it!!

Eyecatching puppy, feminine head, good neck and shoulders, level topline, enough bone and substance for her age, dark liver coat, excellent presentation, moved steadily. BP.
2nd CARLYQUINN CARELESS WISPA (MRS H COKELL)
Liked this puppy, also same comments as 1 would apply but she is just slightly longer cast and not quite as settled on the move.
1st JONABAR SONG OF SPRINGTIME (MR J W & MRS B ELLIOTT)
Very feminine petite bitch, typical springer head, lovely expression, straight front, extremely compact, good bone and depth, moved well.
2nd TRIMERE TABATHA TO CARLYQUINN (MRS H COKELL)
Bitch I have admired before and pushed 1 hard. Just felt she was a shade longer cast. Beautiful head and expression, good length of neck, well laid back shoulders, moved ok.
Tuesday July 29 We have just come home from Leeds Championship Show Holly came 1st in Minor Puppy bitch & was best puppy bitch under breed specialist Mr R Pattenden. Crituque for Holly 1st: COKELL Mrs H Carlyquinn Careless Wispa
7 1/2 months bitch - maturing nicely, pretty girl who enjoyed her day out, good reach of neck, into well laid shoulders, lovely coat, deep chest and spring of rib, moved steadily.
We took our caravan and had 4 brilliant sunny days, we stayed in the beautiful grounds of Harewood House with stunning views over the countryside, the dogs had a wonderful time chasing the wild rabbits.
Sunday June 6th We have been away for six days caravanning in Wales (Usk). The weather was sun rain sun rain all week. Saturday was The Welsh Kennel Club championship show our judge was Glen Miller (Graftonbury) Holly came 2nd in MP & P. My friend showed Skye this was her 1st show she came 4th in MP & 3rd in Puppy so she also has qualified for Crufts 2009.
Monday 30 June Today the dogs had a wonderful time on one of there various walks click here to see the latest video.
Sunday June 22nd We have been away in our caravan to Blackpool we went last Monday & stayed @ the dog show site, the weather was very windy nearly all week, with 36 hours of torrential rain then beautiful sunshine & wind, that dried the mud up.
The dogs had several trips to the beach @ Lytham where they had a wonderful time in the water click to see video.
On Saturday it was gundog day the judge was Frank Kane Holly came a very good second in Minor Puppy Bitch the judge said he really liked Tammy just the type he likes but she was overweight so she's now on a diet & more exercise.
Tammy's auntie Trimere Tigra won her fist CC & Best of Breed & won the gundog group, however she has not been able to compete for Best in Show as the show was abondoned on the last morning due to extreme weather conditions Wind).

similar type & another with a beautiful head. Not as settled on the move as 1 but full of quality
Monday June 9th Today I took Tammy & Holly to Three Counties Championship Show @ Malvern Worc. the judge was Karl Payne (Cepen) Holly came 2nd in puppy. Critique for Holly; Nice sized bitch with plenty of substance yet still feminine. Nice head piece, correct angulation, a little proud of her tail. Tammy came 3rd in PG.
Sunday June 8th Today Holly went to her 1st show The Northern English Springer Club Spaniel Championship show the judge was Diane Conran, Holly came 3rd in Minor Puppy Bitch and qualified for Crufts 2009. It is a splendid venue at Hurworth Nr Darlington Nth Yorkshire. It was a beautiful summers day although a little hot in the ring for the dogs.
Tuesday 3rd June Last week we went on our first caravan trip of the year. We went on Thursday to the Southern Counties Champ show where we stayed with the caravan til Sunday. The weather was good all the time we were there the dogs all love caravanning as they get to run in different places & mix with other caravanning dogs!
Tamy was entered in PG & came 4th diassappointed on the day! The judge was Robin Sadler.
Sunday coming will be Holly's first show, at the Northen ESS Champ Show
Sunday 18th May TodayI went with Tammy to Coventry & District Kennel Ass Show. The show was indoors Tammy was Best Of Breed the judge was Jeff Horswell (DRAKESLEAT) & shortlisted in the group by this time she had had enough.
At these open shows there is so much waiting around after the breed judging 4 hours!
Saturday 26th April Today was the 1st outdoor Championship show of the year @ Malvern Worcester The show was The West Of Englands Ladies Kennel Assosiation (WELKS) Tammy came 3rd in PG which qualified her for Crufts 2009. The judge was Mrs Jane Cule.
Sunday April 20th Today Tammy went to United Spaniel show where the judge was Mr Christine House (Gleadsbury) Tammy won PGB Best Bitch & BOS.
Saturday 19th April Today Tammy went to The ESS Club of Wales Open show, the judge was Lee cox, she won PG & SB. Her father SH CH Trimere Trademark was best dog his sisiter & Tammy's auntie T. Tigra was BIS Tammy's half sister T. True Sensation was RBIS well done to Ann Corbett owner & breeder.
Sunday 6th April Today I took Tammy to The Lancs & Cheshire ESS Championship show, the judge was Ms Frankie Nelson from the USA. Tammy came 4th in PG the biggest class of the day.
Saturday April 5th The puppies are now 4 months old & are very well. The weather has been very spring like this week, the older dogs have been having lots of fun on our walks to see latest videos click here
Sunday 9th March Had a busy couple of days Friday went to watch Crufts although Tammy qualified I didn't enter her as she had a litter in Dec so thought she would not look good enough to take, it was a good day for Tammy's auntie Trimere Tigra she won the reserve bitch CC well done to her owner Sarah Corbett.
Yesterday I took Tammy and we spent the day on the Discover Dogs stand at Crufts it was an enjoyable but exhausting day, with hundreds of people admiring Tammy & taking photo's of her.
Today Carlyquinn Clarissa went to her new home to live on a golf course in Berkshire it was sad saying goodbye.

Sunday 3 February All the puppies that are going to new homes except one have now gone. Another of the girls has also gone to live in Buckinghamshire
Have changed my mind again & am now going to keep 2 girls. Holly & Skye.
Tuesday 29th January Have decided today to only keep one puppy Holly. Trying to think of a more original name for her bearing in mind she was born near christmas time! If anyone has any ideas let me know. I am quite useless at choosing names.
Sunday 27th January. The puppies are eight weeks old next Wednesday and will start going to their new homes. Holly & Skye I am keeping with the view to show one or both of them.
One of the boys the smallest is going to live with a lovely couple in Warwickshire.
Sally is also going to live with them she will have 4 acres of land to play in. I went to see the home as not too far away. I hope she will settle as it is a superb home.
The big boy is going to live in Derby with lovely countryside, one girl is going to live right on a golf course in Buckinghamshire, the other girl has yet to find a home.
Tammy is very well after her babies have no plans for any shows for her yet.
We have settled very well in our new home & do not miss living in London.
